After few discussions with her, we started this project and combine her ideas with existing parts. We choose MICHELIN Reggae tires on Dio ZX rims (Aluminum rim 2.15" wide, stock rim is 3.5".), so the tires look higher and rounder on narrow wheels. For head lights, stock one looks tough and match with Tracker-Style (North American head lights are bigger than Japanese version because DOT requirements.), but we cut signal light brackets and move horn back into front panel. On tail part, we installed 2 super bright LED strips under the seat, one for running light and the other for brake light, also cut stock light bracket with detail surface processing. The most difficult part is open air-filter and breathers, we tried K&N filters, but hard to find right size with correct airflow, so we selected KITACO Elbow Type Air Filter to gain beautiful clearance between rear tire and carb, the UNI breathers are right colors and small enough for us to lineup them with a nice layout.
