Our first project with a local dealer, we've learned a lot while dealing with them, signatures on paper is the best way.

One thing to remember, HONDA scooter engines are always powerful when left stock. There is NO Big Bore Cylinder Kit available for ZOOMER / RUCKUS from any manufacturers, because HONDA designed it in a totally different style "one piece motor". We're NOT suggesting people change the camshaft or valves as different angles, the sizes of them should match perfectly with internal cylinder diameter and top of piston. Feel free to ask any well experienced machinist about this.

There for, we suggest installing a KITACO Hybrid CDI Unit which will override the rpm control in the ECM device, stock limited at 8000 rpm. New CDI unit will help top-end speed and let the engine run up to 12000 rpm while traveling downhill. Next, we install NCY 6g Rollers with KITACO Pulley Kit Type-III to hasten the take-off speed. The stock rollers in a North American RUCKUS 2005 are 7.5g stock. The last part of the upgrade is a better & lighter exhaust. The KITACO Euro Exhaust Muffler looks like a 2-Stroke pipe but was originally designed for the ZOOMER. It helps in all ranges of speed by its unique shape. It was nominated by "Motor-Champ" professional scooter magazine in Japan.

We strongly recommend MICHELIN Bopper slick tire for people who ride in the city. A rear shock upgrade also helps you ride smoother as the stock shock was not made for bigger size of North American riders. More aftermarket parts will released on the market in the Spring of 2006.
